Another Pinoy is taking a shot at stardom in the US via the new reality singing competition on ABC, “Duets.”
“Duets” is a new reality singing competition show that premiered on May 24, 2012, on ABC. The show stars Kelly Clarkson, John Legend, Robin Thicke, and Jennifer Nettles as mentors who will search for singers to duet with them as they perform in front of a live studio audience.
Jason Farol is Kelly Clarkson‘s protege and they sang “Breaking Your Own Heart” during the first episode.
Robin Thicke said Jason is adorable and I agree. He has an amazing soulful voice but he needs to conquer his nerves.
Kelly Clarkson mentioned that it was Jason’s first time to sing in front of so many people that’s why he’s nervous. Perhaps if he makes it to the upcoming episodes of the show, he will open up and perform in fighting form.
