Kathryn Bernardo took the early lead with a total combined votes of 241,502 as of 11:00pm today. Trailing closely behind is Nadine Lustre who got 215,650 votes.
Currently in third place is Maine Mendoza who garnered 169,321 votes. Completing the Top 6 are newcomer Diana Mackey (#4), Kisses Delavin (#5) and Angel Locsin (#6)
Among the Top 6, only three of them have been “Most Beautiful Woman in the Philippines” titleholders before: Angel Locsin, Nadine Lustre, and Kisses Delavin.
