Once again, the country’s brightest stars walked the red carpet of the highly-anticipated fashion event of the year–the ABS-CBN Ball 2019–on Saturday, September 14 at the Shangrila BGC. This year’s theme is Filipiniana.
The star-studded event aims to raise funds in support of Bantay Bata 163’s Bantay Edukasyon program. It will also honor the beloved foundation’s late founder Gina Lopez.
Like previous ABS-CBN ball and Star Magic ball in the past, there are stars who rise to expectations and there are those who disappoint. But this year, it’s a little difficult to make a best-dressed list because of the Filipiniana theme. Are we going to give extra points to those who followed the dress code meticulously? How about those who played it safe? Nevertheless, we loved those who went adventurous but didn’t go overboard.
